Online meetings

The Online Meetings module is used to organize general meetings whose voting rights are calculated according to the capital holding of each partner or shareholder and also, any meeting of a collegiate administrative, supervisory or management body whose voting rights are based on the holding of seats within these bodies. This module is also adapted to assemblies and meetings based on the principle: 1 man, 1 vote.

Whether it's a corporate meeting or an association meeting, the process is generally the same. It is divided into 3 stages:

• Invitation to attendees ;
• Proceedings of the meeting ;
• Drafting the minutes.

This is the most conventional approach, but certain provisions of the Articles of Association may dictate otherwise. Axiocap's solution enables you to hold your meetings online, in complete security and in compliance with the applicable legislation.

Proxies can be managed prior to the meeting. The proxy holder will receive the voting link, and will be able to vote in place of the absent shareholder. An electronic signature of the partner giving the proxy will be affixed to a proxy form generated automatically by Axiocap.

Before voting, each participant signs the attendance sheet automatically generated by the Axiocap application to indicate whether he or she is present at the meeting, which takes place in person or remotely.
