Electronic register of general meetings
WHAT DOES THE LAW SAY ABOUT dematerialized registers of general meetings?
Decree no. 2019-1118 of October 31, 2019, on the dematerialization of registers, minutes and decisions of companies and the accounting registers of certain merchants has brought real progress for companies.
Meeting registers must be kept for a minimum of 6 years, and it is strongly recommended that they be archived in a durable manner to provide legal proof in the event of a subsequent dispute.
All decisions taken by the company's governing bodies must be compiled in the register in chronological order. Find out more about the decisions register.
Thanks to time-stamping, Axiocap's dematerialized registers do away with the need for the registry's stamp and initials, guaranteeing total legal validity and enhanced security.
