fully dematerialized deliberation registers (meeting registers, Board of Directors registers, etc.).
As part of a migration, you will be asked to provide the documents you need to reconstitute your deliberation registers in digital format.
For example, minutes of ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, decisions of the sole shareholder, decisions of the chairman and others.
Documents sent will be filed chronologically and time-stamped. Once the documents have been entered in the register, you can edit them with a single click, at any time and without limit.
