To access a dematerialized attendance sheet, you need to hold your meeting online with Axiocap. Each voter must sign the attendance sheet in order to vote on the document submitted. The signature will be automatically added to the AGM attendance sheet, the final version of which will be available at the end of the AGM.

The electronic attendance ledger has exactly the same legal value as a paper attendance ledger since Article 1366 of the Civil Code states that "the electronic writing has the same probative value as the paper medium". In addition, the legislator has authorized since 2019 the keeping of dematerialized ledgers by the decree n° 2019-1118 of October 31, 2019.
The legal value of the dematerialized attendance ledger is guaranteed by the time-stamping of the ledger by the Axiocap solution.
